Help Tickets—Archive Tab

When the status of a Help Ticket is changed to Closed, the ticket moves to the Closed section of the Archive sub-tab (Back Office > Help Tickets > Archive).

If you click Edit Help Ticket next to a Closed Help Ticket, the Edit Help Ticket page opens with a Reopen button. For details on reopening a Help Ticket, see Reopen Help Ticket.

note: To enter or select cumulative limiters, click Customize View.
