View textbook orders

Change to Textbook View > Select Catalog > Order Textbooks

This covers how to view a textbook order.

important At the District Warehouse, orders that are in the Submitted section are orders that require action. For details to complete the action needed, see Order textbooks (Textbook Manager)/District Warehouse.

To view a textbook order

  1. If you are not already in the Orders page, then you need to follow the steps in the blue bar with white letters (above).
  2. What do you want to do?
If you want to… Then…
View an order
  1. Find the order you want to view.
  2. Click the View Order icon. The On Order page opens.
  3. If you want to add a note, click Add Note > type the note and click Add. When you are done, click Close.

You can save the output or print it.

View shipments
  1. Find the order you want and click the View Shipments icon. The View Shipments page opens.
  2. If you want to add a note, click Add Note > type the note and click Add. When you are done, click Close.

Create pick list (only available at District Warehouse)
  1. Find the order you want and click the Create Pick List icon. Report Manager opens.
  2. Click Refresh List until the report status changes to Completed.
  3. Click View.
  4. If you want to add a note, click Add Note > type the note and click Add. When you are done, click Close.

You can save the output or print it.
