View a Denied Order (Warehouse)
Resource orders that cannot be fulfilled by the warehouse are denied (Deny All on the Submitted Order page) and placed in the Denied section. The denied order can also be viewed from the Archive tab. Once denied, the order can only be viewed. The order's originating site is notified when the order appears in the site's Resource Order Denied section.
Denied orders remain on the Orders page until they are removed ( 
), but remain indefinitely on the Orders Archive page.
The warehouse is restricted to viewing the order and viewing notes.
Add/View Note

You can create notes to attach to resource orders in any section by viewing ( 
) the order. The notes can be viewed from the Resource Orders page or in the Order Details.
Add a Note
Additional notes can be added to existing notes on either the Resource Orders page or within a category page. New notes for any order can only be created by first viewing the order.
- Click
. The Notes page appears. - Enter information in the Notes field.
- Click Add. A dated note entry appears.
- Add another note, or click Close.
View a Note
You can view notes for any order in any section. If existing notes are available for an order, click to view them. You can also add additional notes to any order except denied orders.
- Click . The Notes page appears. Existing notes are listed by date.
- Click Close when finished.
View Resource Details
To view details about a resource item in the order, click the name of the item.

The Resource Details page for the item of interest appears.
