View Denied Orders (Site)

The warehouse can deny resource orders that cannot be fulfilled. The site is notified when the order is denied. Once denied, the order can only be viewed by the site.

Site-level users can view the order and its notes.

View or Delete a Denied Order

1. Select Catalog > Resource Orders > Tracksub-tab.
2. In the Denied section, either:
   • Click to view the order.

   • Note: A denied order can also be viewed from the Archive tab.

   • Click to delete the order.

     Note: Denied orders remain on the Orders page until they are removed ( ), but remain indefinitely on the Orders Archive page.

Add or View a Note

Select the Add/View Note link. For step-by-step instructions to add or view a note, see Track Resource Orders.

View Resource Details

To view details about a resource item in the order, click the name of the item.

The Resource Details page for the item of interest appears.
