Create a File of Barcodes

You can use any method of barcode collection that results in the proper ASCII text format. Use your scanner to scan barcodes into an ASCII text editor, such as Notepad or SimpleText. You can also type the barcode numbers into the file.

To create a file:

1. Open an ASCII text editor. See note above.

   Note: The file does not need a header.

2. Scan the barcodes.
3. Name and save the file as a .txt file.
4. Record the name and location of the file.
5. Upload the file to the appropriate place.
